RSEASONS TO AVOID UNHEALTY DRINKS

Discovery shows that almost 200,000 death worldwide with consuming soft drinks.when soft drinks are consumed in excess added sugar can have disastrous effects on your health.Some people admit to drinking more soda than water, or even no water at all.The most recent research have proved that diet sodas boost stroke risk.Diet and regular sodas have both been linked to obesity, kidney damage,
and certain cancers.

REASONS TO AVOID SOFT DRINK CONSUMPTION


  •  single bottle of soda is equivalent to 10 teaspoon of sugar.Taking this quantity of sugar frequently over time this can lead to diabetes or insulin resistance.It will also cause weight gain and other health issues.
  • Soft drinks contains Phosphoric acids which affects the body ability to absorb calcium.This may lead to osteoporosis and bone softening.It also slows digestion in the body.
  • In diet sodas aspartame is used as a substitute for sugar, which is also very harmful to the body.It causes seizures , brain tumors, diabetes, and emotional disorder.It also increase the risk of metabolic syndrome, which causes belly fat high blood sugar and raised cholesterol.
  • Some sodas contain caffeine, which has linked to certain cancers, breast lumps irregular heart beats and high blood pressure.
  • Research have recently linked soft drinks to obesity.The study shows that twelve years old who drank soda were more likely to be obese than those who didn't, and for each serving of soda consumed daily, the risk of obesity increased 1.6 times
  • There is absolutely no nutritional value in soda whatsoever.Not only are there many harmful effects of soda, but there are not even any positive benefits to outweigh them.
  • Drinking soda regularly causes plaque to build up on the teeth and can lead to cavities and gum diseases.

  • Red tea
  • Black coffee
  • Home made juice
